![]() Last winter The New York Times Cooking published a “Sheet-Pan Everything,” supplement. I found these recipes exceptional and have prepared at least a half dozen of them. Last night, I made Gochujang Chicken and Roasted Vegetables. Gochujang (available at Wegmans) is a spicy paste made from red chili peppers, fermented soybeans, glutinous rice and salt. This traditional Korean sauce is both sweet and spicy while also adding a layer of umami.

![]() I am thoroughly enjoying sharing a CSA box with my daughter. Over the past few weeks (Week 9-14) I’ve had white corn, green and yellow squash, yellow and purple onions, pickles, green leaf lettuce, bell peppers, eggplant, garlic scapes, potatoes, plums and cucumbers. I made another jar of pickles , green zucchini was incorporated into turkey meatballs (recipe to follow), potato salad and the last of the season garlic scapes made more salad dressing.
![]() I feel like the queen of sheet pan meals. I got started cooking this way last year, when the New York Times prepared a supplement called, “One Pot |Pan| Skillet, 24 Brilliant Recipes for Everyone Who Hates Doing the Dishes.” This time, Lidey Heuck has created a recipe called Sheet-Pan Sausages with Caramelized Shallots and Apples.
